Job Title: Training Specialist I
Job Location: Remote
Job Duration: 8+ Months on W2


Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate engaging and inclusive training sessions, adjusting style based on learner needs.
  2. Schedule learners, track attendance, and ensure efficient classroom time management.
  3. Establish expectations, provide clear instructions, and model appropriate behavior.
  4. Utilize learning technologies within *** and manage virtual and in-person training technologies.
  5. Assess learner needs, modify instruction, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Gather and organize learner data to support reporting needs.
  7. Create a safe and comfortable learning environment, utilizing active listening techniques.
  8. Leverage Adult Learning Techniques and Virtual Facilitation best practices to ensure successful knowledge transfer.
  9. Stay updated on adult learning practices and instructional design concepts.
  10. Demonstrate enthusiasm to maintain learner engagement and promote the benefits of training.
  11. Collaborate within and outside the team, practicing inclusivity and respect.
  12. Communicate effectively through active listening, concise verbal and written communication.
  13. Work independently with some direction, meet goals, and think strategically.
  14. Demonstrate product knowledge of *** and address learner questions.
  15. Understand organizational levels, operations knowledge, and project management principles.

Qualifications:
