Job description

cFocus Software seeks a NTIRA Training Specialist, Journeyman to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is remote. This position requires a Secret clearance.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.
• 3+ - 10+ years of experience in training of an IT application and preferably with Navy applications and/or systems.
• Demonstrated experience developing training plans and performing training via multiple methodologies including computer-based training, classroom training, and one on one training.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira or similar issue and project tracking software.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence or similar knowledge management software.
• Active DoD IAT I/II certification

Duties:

• Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating training material for the program to include both live and pre-recorded and user guide content for the program as a whole as well as individual modules.
• Become an expert on the functionality of all program created tools.
• Update training plans, videos, and user guides as functionality within the program changes.
• Work with the development team to understand how changes in functionality effect training and user guide content.
• Develop internal training content for internal team members for modules specifically developed for internal team use.
• Provide training as needed to internal team members on the internal modules.
• Provide Service Desk SOPs and basic training material for commonly asked questions by users
