Brightmont Academy in Naperville is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and elevate engaging training programs for our growing team. You will lead instructor orientation, develop digital modules, and coach staff on our systems and processes.

This role emphasizes collaboration with campus teams, building best practices, and maintaining accurate training records while promoting Brightmont's mission and brand across all training materials.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience delivering impactful adult professional development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Delivers engaging synchronous training and coaching that inspires, develops, and empowers instructors and administrative staff with deep knowledge of our systems and procedures.
• Fosters a collaborative culture, builds relationships with campus teams, and aligns actions with Brightmont's mission and values.
• Acts as the go-to resource, answers campus questions, navigates escalations, and provides consistent support.
• Audits course folders and captures insights to reinforce best practices.
• Maintains highly organized databases, files, and records with accuracy and consistency.
• Designs asynchronous "mini" e-learning modules and other instructional materials to meet staff needs and drive strategic initiatives.
• Identifies future training needs and helps design new curricula.
• Champions brand consistency across all content, ensuring polished, professional materials aligned with Brightmont's look and feel.
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions.
• Supports curriculum managers during peak seasons and can work from a Brightmont school when needed.
