Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and elevate training programs for staff.
• Lead synchronous training and coaching for instructors and admins.
• Maintain organized databases, files, and records; ensure accuracy.
• Create asynchronous mini‑e-learning modules and other instructional materials.
• Identify future training needs and help build new curricula.
• Support curriculum managers during peak seasons and on-site as needed.
