Job summary

Brightmont Academy seeks a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and elevate engaging training programs for our teachers and staff. You will craft synchronous and asynchronous training, coach instructors, and support administrative teams across campuses.

The role emphasizes developing digital courseware, leveraging Google Workspace, and maintaining strong cross-campus collaboration to drive growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree required.
• 5 years of experience delivering impactful adult professional development.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, computer systems, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and elevate engaging training programs for instructors and administrative staff.
• Deliver synchronous training and coaching to empower staff with system knowledge and procedures.
• Foster a collaborative campus culture aligned with Brightmont's mission and values.
• Answer campus questions, manage escalations, and provide ongoing support.
• Audit course folders to extract insights and reinforce best practices.
• Maintain organized databases, files, and records with high accuracy.
• Create asynchronous mini e-learning modules and other instructional materials.
• Identify future training needs and help build new curricula.
• Ensure content is polished and aligned with Brightmont's brand.
