Job summary

Compass Connections in San Antonio, Texas, is hiring compassionate leaders to supervise and manage casework for post-release and home study programs. The role requires a Master's degree in relevant fields or 5+ years of supervisory experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive supervisory and case management experience (with master’s) or 5+ years (with bachelor’s).
• First aid certification, CPR, and Emergency behavior intervention are required/desirable.
• Ability to meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Experience with immigrant populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Provide release and home study staff relevant training meeting agency requirements.
• Develop and maintain a staff training calendar and training records.
• Maintain personnel files, training records and certifications for post-release and home study programs.
• Travel between locations, including distances greater than 50 miles from the home office.
• Foster care program support and recruitment activities.
