What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive curriculum for employees
- Utilize subject matter experts to create and maintain instructional materials and procedures
- Design course content based on needs assessments to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Evaluate the impact of training programs and assess their effectiveness using established criteria
- Facilitate training sessions for Customer Service and Insurance Recovery staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the training field
- At least one (1) year of curriculum development experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
