What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training curriculum
- Facilitate training sessions for Customer Service/Insurance Recovery staff
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through established criteria
- Design course content based on needs assessments and feedback from stakeholders
- Plan training schedules that align with operational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the training field
- At least one (1) year of experience in curriculum development
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
