If you're passionate about training, enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.Job DescriptionAssess training needs and help prioritize learning initiatives across the organizationPartner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop engaging training programs and materialsCoordinate and deliver training through a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training (OJT), videos, and vendor-led sessionsSupport the development and execution of annual training plansManage training schedules, logistics, records, and reportingMaintain training curricula and learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)Provide support to LMS users and troubleshoot training-related questionsPromote training opportunities and communicate schedules to employees and leadersCollect participant feedback and evaluate training effectivenessSupport training documentation, system administration, and budget tracking activitiesRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a metal service center or manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of SAPExperience using e-learning platforms or training technologiesStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field1-3 years of experience delivering or coordinating employee training programsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web-based training toolsGraphic design, multimedia, or creative content development experienceExperience creating engaging training materials, presentations, or digital learning contentHiring Range: $57,000 - $70,000 annually.
