CPCCo is seeking a Training Specialist in Richland, WA to develop and evaluate training programs, coordinate delivery, and craft job qualification materials. The role includes needs analysis, instructor selection, and designing engaging lessons for diverse formats.
The successful candidate will implement CPCCo standards, contribute to program improvements, and support nuclear facility training operations with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Primary duties of a Training Specialist include, but are not limited to:

In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. Expected annualized pay range based on 40 hours per week:
