LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist for a part-time contract position in Buffalo, NY and Utica, NY, onsite. The role involves delivering instructor-led training for employees using WorkForce Software or similar systems, with sessions scheduled Tue–Thu starting as early as 7:00 AM.

Trainer/Training Specialist - Part-Time Contract | Workforce Software | Buffalo, NY and Utica, NY: onsite

We're hiring a Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led training for employees using WorkForce Software, or similar workforce-management/timekeeping systems.

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering instructor-led training to groups


• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills


• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, workforce management systems, or employee timekeeping platforms


• Ability to explain technical workflows clearly to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency


• Availability for early-morning training sessions Tuesday through Thursday


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and inclusiveness


• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday


• Training: Two 90-minute instructor-led sessions per day


• Start Time: First session may begin as early as 7:00 AM


• Travel: Travel between assigned locations may be required
