• Design and deliver training programs including curriculum development, needs assessments, and session evaluations.

• Requires knowledge of business process improvement, project management, and strong communication skills.
• Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in training design/delivery, 2+ years project management experience, and lean six sigma green belt certification.
• Experience with learning management systems, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Tableau, MadCap Flare, and Storyline preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be able to stand for extended training sessions and move furniture for classroom setup.
• Responsible for serving faculty, staff, and departments within Finance and Operations at UNC Chapel Hill.
