About the role

DNV is seeking a motivated and results-driven Training Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and selling our suite of training programs to corporate and individual clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting customers with learning solutions that meet their specific needs.

This role is 100% remote within the United States.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prospect and generate new business through existing clients, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their training requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate training programs and solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pricing to close deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the training and delivery teams to ensure smooth program implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
