Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, preferably grocery.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based training tools.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and orientation sessions as needed.
• Effective communication with candidates and co-workers; professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee training for associates and new hires.
• Conduct initial interviews and manage the hiring process with store management.
• Ensure training records and OSHA/Safety compliance are up to date.
• Support corporate initiatives and administer training programs.
