Job summary

RoNetco ShopRite of Flanders is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage recruitment, interviewing, orientation and training across all store associates. You will oversee performance measurements and ongoing development in collaboration with store management, ensuring adherence to HR strategies and high associate engagement.

The role requires strong retail experience, robust communication skills and proficiency with MS Office and training platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, preferably grocery.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiar with Web-based training and Lotus Notes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to conduct interviews and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, orientation and training of all associates with store management.
• Oversee training programs and performance evaluations; ensure training records are up to date.
• Coordinate OSHA training and safety/compliance training; support HR initiatives across departments.
