Job summary

ShopRite of Netcong, NJ, is seeking a Training Coordinator to oversee recruiting, interviewing, orientation and training for store associates. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a strong retail orientation.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of Web-based training.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and orientation sessions.

• Coordinate all training for associates with store management.
• Manage performance feedback and development plans.
