Job summary

RoNetco ShopRite is seeking a Training Coordinator in Mansfield, NJ to drive recruitment, orientation and ongoing training for store associates. You will partner with store management to implement development plans and ensure training compliance across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail experience, ideally grocery, and exposure to training roles.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, interviews, orientations, and training.
• Strong verbal and written communication with candidates and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, orientation and training for all associates.
• Monitor training progress and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and training standards.
• Maintain training records and coordinate OSHA/Safety trainings as needed.
• Support store operations leadership with onboarding and performance evaluations.
