AO Globe Life is hiring for a remote, entry-level role in business, marketing, or communications. You’ll join a mission-driven team with structured training, mentorship, and a steady flow of inbound client interest from anywhere in the U.S.

In this independent contractor position, you will provide client-first service, walk clients through enrollment, and participate in ongoing training while building long-term relationships.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
