Job summary

Encore Electric is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to coordinate and administer training and licensing programs that support employee development, compliance, and operational excellence. You will manage training schedules, systems, records, and logistics while upholding accuracy and customer service.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Education, Training and Development, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules, calendars, registrations, and logistics.
• Maintain training records and licensing compliance.
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Prepare training materials and resources for classrooms.
• Communicate updates and requirements to employees and leaders.
