Job summary

Esri is seeking a Training Coordinator to support software user communities by coordinating logistics for training classes and related programs, including User Conference and distributor trainings.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to design schedules, staff, equipment, and locations, acting as the primary contact for coordination and driving revenue through enrollment of wait-listed participants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with flexibility for last-minute changes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics for training classes with customers and Esri teams.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Build relationships to support training sales goals and experience.
• Develop and communicate event details aligned with customer needs (schedules, staffing, equipment, setup, location).
• Serve as main point of contact for training coordination with customers and internal teams.
• Increase revenue by enrolling wait-listed or cancelled students.
• Generate predefined or ad-hoc SAP reports and perform related tasks.
