University of Nebraska – Lincoln seeks a Training Operations Coordinator for the TRIO Training Program to oversee institute logistics, venue management, registration, and on-site execution. You will plan and execute in-person and virtual institutes while managing budgets and contracts.

Requires a bachelor’s degree, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to travel to institute sites. Experience with event platforms such as Whova is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute two in-person hybrid institutes and one virtual institute annually.
• Manage the online registration platform.
• Manage event budget, contracts, and invoices.
