The successful candidate will plan institutes, oversee the online registration platform, manage budgets and invoices, and coordinate travel for faculty and staff, contributing to a seamless program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience coordinating institutes, conferences, or programs, including venue negotiation, vendor management, and on-site event execution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel to institute sites.

Responsibilities

• Annually plan and execute two in-person hybrid institutes and one virtual institute.
• Manage the online registration platform.
• Manage event budget, contracts, and invoices.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for training faculty and project staff.
