Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate academic discipline with 3 years of related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience designing and implementing program evaluation tools and interpreting evaluation data.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational coordination for NCSS training projects from planning to follow-up.
• Develop and maintain systems and processes for cross-project alignment and improvement.
• Oversee learner experience and credentialing across portfolio, including CE credits and certificates.
