Job summary

Valmet is seeking an Internal Training & Communication lead to design and deliver internal training across North America, collaborating with Field Service, Engineering, and HSE to ensure content remains current and compliant.

The role also drives external customer training programs, develops engaging materials, coordinates events, and works with Sales to price and quote services while tracking program costs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs across departments.
• Ability to translate technical information into accessible content.
• Experience with compliance and HSE training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal training sessions for key business systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Engineering, HSE to develop training programs.
• Design engaging communication strategies to promote training initiatives.
• Manage internal HSE training documentation and compliance reporting across North America.
• Partner with BTS resources to develop customer training on existing and legacy systems.
• Create customer-centric training materials and organize customer events.
• Develop 'Service School'-style programs for evolving customer needs.
