Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Training Supervisor to plan, implement, and evaluate training programs for staff. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills as well as experience in corrections or law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Five years progressive work experience in the field of corrections or law enforcement required.
• Certification as training instructor required within 180 days of appointment.
• Experience in developing training material.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evaluate internal and external training programs for staff.
• Support existing training programs and develop new ones.
• Administer training courses and document employee training hours.
