Qualifications

• The incumbent must have a bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years relevant work experience in training, human services, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of LMS administration, training compliance, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with data management and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex technical and clerical support for training management.
• Coordinate multiple training programs and manage competing priorities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and training metrics.
• Plan and coordinate events and logistical needs.
