Job summary

Region Ten CSB is seeking a Community Services Associate B (CSA-B) in Charlottesville, VA to support CSA-As and the daily operations of the Center. You will assist with scheduling, kitchen management, and psychoeducational groups, while ensuring adherence to center policies and procedures.

The role requires effective written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in human services field preferred.
• Experience with SUD and co-occurring populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to new CSA-As and support daily center operations.
• Assist with scheduling, kitchen management, and group activities as needed.
• Coordinate services with staff and report to Program Manager/Director.
