Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Prior Supervisory/Leadership Experience, preferred.
Experience in communications and serving as a media liaison, preferred.
Training Experience, preferred.
Experience within the Behavioral Health System.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for internal and external communications, marketing, and community engagement.
Oversee department operations, including staff supervision and budget management.
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and branding standards.
Lead website content, social media, and digital campaigns to elevate public awareness.
Collaborate with leadership, partners, and donors on fundraising communications and outreach.
Coordinate media inquiries and serve as agency liaison for public affairs.
