Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with HFC clients.
Assess child welfare training needs and strengths to develop training schedules.
Provide onboarding training and assist with coordinating schedules for new HFC employees.
Develop and update the Academy training calendar each cycle as needed.
Prepare the quarterly DCF Training Report.
Maintain all required reports and official training records.
