• Evaluate applications, driving records, and qualifications.
• Engage new leads via phone, email, text, and live chat; follow up.
• Prioritize speed, responsiveness, and follow-through through hiring stages.
• Develop into a trusted interviewer and represent Mast Trucking.
• Review recruiting results to continually improve approach.
• Partner with training and operations to align recruiting with needs.
• Maintain organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
