Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Transportation Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of driver recruiting or talent development experience.
• Experience with DOT/FMCSA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive driver recruitment strategy.
• Source, screen, and hire qualified drivers through outreach and partnerships.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and career development programs.
• Monitor KPIs to improve time-to-hire, turnover, and safety training.
• Mentor recruiting and training staff to foster high performance.
