Job description

This includes hospitalization insurance, insurance for outpatient expenses or serious illnesses, and additional health-related services.

POSITION SUMMARY

You will be part of the Business Enabling and Transformation team, focusing on quality improvement and change projects. As a Training & Process Improvement Specialist, you will ensure that trainings align with the strategy, organization, and evolving processes and roles within the Healthcare Department. You will modernize training methodologies and materials, ensure process quality, and contribute to key quality improvement and change initiatives.

Your role embodies a quality and customer-focused mindset, continuous learning, and knowledge expansion for both newcomers and existing staff. You will guide teams through change and provide support, working closely with Business Managers to identify organizational needs and acting as the gatekeeper of main processes.

DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
  • Implement and develop the global training plan aligned with the strategy
  • Lead phases in the training cycle: onboarding, upskilling, reskilling
  • Identify quality deficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement with operational managers
  • Manage Process & Change initiatives
  • Maintain transversal relationships with Healthcare Managers, Team Leaders, and the Quality Manager
  • Facilitate a community for Learning & Development & processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Officer
  • Develop, maintain, and modernize training approaches and modules, considering different learning styles
  • Facilitate and monitor the development of individual and team skills and knowledge
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and update content to align with organizational needs
  • Promote a culture of self-learning, process understanding, and customer satisfaction
  • Incorporate evolutions in Healthcare Insurance roles due to AI advancements
Process & Quality Management
  • Map and improve key processes to ensure quality and operational efficiency
  • Keep process documentation up to date with process changes
  • Organize necessary upskilling and reskilling based on process evolutions

Your Profile

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint); LMS experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills, both in person and remotely
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong planning and multitasking abilities with good time management
  • Analytical skills
