Job summary

Travel Nurse Across America, LLC is seeking a Training & Operations Specialist to develop, maintain, and scale our knowledge and training infrastructure across recruiting, payroll, and support services. The role ensures clarity and consistency through robust documentation and SOPs.

You will build onboarding guides and training resources, partner with leadership on new processes, and refine materials for accuracy and usability while supporting adoption of new initiatives and tracking performance

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and documentation skills essential for creating SOPs and training materials.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable materials.
  • Experience developing training programs or operational learning content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and organize SOPs, internal documentation, and knowledge resources across recruiting, payroll, and operations.
  • Build and update training materials, onboarding guides, and operational playbooks.
  • Partner with leadership to document new processes, workflow updates, and operational changes.
  • Audit and refine documentation for accuracy and usability.
  • Translate complex workflows into training and reference materials.
  • Support rollout of new initiatives with tools and guidance for adoption.
  • Manage and distribute operational reporting and internal metrics.
  • Coordinate across teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve resources.

Job description

The Training & Operations Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling the knowledge and training infrastructure that supports recruiting, payroll, and support service teams.

This role owns internal documentation, SOP development, and training resources to ensure teams operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

Works Closely With

Recruiting, Payroll, Training, and Operations teams to develop documentation, support process adoption, and ensure teams have the knowledge and tools needed to operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and organize SOPs, internal documentation, and knowledge resources across recruiting, payroll, and operations
  • Build and update training materials, onboarding guides, and operational playbooks to support team readiness and performance
  • Partner with leadership to document new processes, workflow updates, and operational changes
  • Audit and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with current practices
  • Translate complex operational workflows into clear, user-friendly training and reference materials
  • Support rollout of new initiatives by ensuring teams have the tools, documentation, and guidance needed for successful adoption
  • Manage and distribute operational reporting, including performance tracking and internal metrics
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting data to support leadership visibility and decision-making
  • Coordinate across teams to identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training and documentation resources

Required Qualifications
  • Strong writing, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable materials
  • Experience developing training programs or operational learning content
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgencyAbility to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers
  • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting operations, or support services
  • Experience with knowledge management systems, internal wikis, or documentation platforms
  • Exposure to recruiting workflows or candidate submission processes

$24-$25 depending on experience
