Southwire Company, LLC is a leading wire and cable producer with locations across North America. The Training Operations Specialist will execute onboarding, safety, and skills-based training, supporting corporate training strategies and LMS management at the Villa Rica/Waco sites in GA.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years in training or manufacturing operations, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to lead in-person and virtual sessions, drive continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
• Specialized Degree: Education, or business-related field.
• Years of Experience: 2-4 years in training or operations.
• Field of Expertise: Training or operations in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and executes training programs at the operational level.
• Delivers onboarding, safety, and job-specific training to hourly team members.
• Customizes and localizes training materials; facilitates in-person and virtual training.
• Maintains training records and ensures documentation is up to date locally.
• Partners with supervisors to identify training gaps and supports change initiatives.
