Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC seeks a Training Operations Specialist II to lead and support on-site training programs focused on onboarding, safety, and skills development. You will implement corporate training strategies, maintain documentation, and partner with site leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in training or manufacturing operations, with expertise in instructional design, LMS use, and trainer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, HR, or related field.
• 2–4 years of training or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training, learning & development, continuous improvement, or organizational operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs at the operational level, focusing on delivery and support.
• Deliver onboarding, safety, and job-specific training to hourly team members; mentor others.
• Customize and localize training materials for specific roles; facilitate in-person & virtual training.
• Drive change communication and training rollout during change initiatives.
• Maintain training records and ensure documentation is up to date at the local level.
• Collect feedback and report on training participation and understanding.
• Develop skills in facilitation, LMS management, and instructional design.
