Southwire Company, LLC in Kentucky seeks a Specialist II, Training Operations to execute and support training initiatives at the plant level. You will deliver onboarding, safety, and job-specific training to hourly team members, localize materials, and maintain training records to drive operational excellence.

Collaborate with site leadership to implement corporate training strategies, manage LMS assets, and participate in change initiatives while promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 2-4 years in training/operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS and learning & development processes.

Responsabilités

• Provides strategic leadership and executes training programs at the operational level.
• Delivers onboarding, safety, and job-specific training to hourly team members.
• Customizes and localizes training materials; conducts in-person & virtual sessions.
• Maintains training records and ensures local documentation is up to date.
• Drives change communication and training rollout during initiatives.
