99 Ranch Market is seeking an HR Assistant (Training and Operations Support) to provide administrative support to the Training team across multiple locations in the United States. The role focuses on enrollment, scheduling, communications, records, reporting, and materials preparation to ensure training programs run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in HR, business, communications or related field.
• 0-2 years of admin, HR, or training coordination experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company training programs including onboarding, compliance, and leadership development.
• Schedule sessions, manage rosters, send communications, and support trainer coordination.
• Track enrollment, attendance, completion and assessments; identify missing records.
• Maintain training records and learning system data per processes.
• Prepare training materials, sign-in sheets, certificates, and job aids.
• Support logistics for training sessions and room/virtual setup.
• Update and organize training materials, SOPs, and job aids.
