Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Training & Onboarding Specialist to enable enterprise marketing teams to adopt a modern workflow automation platform. This remote role supports US Time Zone initiatives, guiding customers from first login to confident usage.

You will run onboarding programs, lead client training sessions, and create practical resources to make adoption repeatable, scalable, and measurable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement in SaaS or agency environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (required).
• Strong communication skills and experience running client-facing training or workshops.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Passion for teaching, enabling, and helping clients succeed.
