This fully remote role offers flexible schedules with a performance-based compensation structure. You can join as full-time or part-time, with ongoing training and a global network to collaborate with, empowering leaders

Qualifications

• 15+ years in HR, client advocacy, communications, marketing, business, coaching, education, real estate, sales or consulting preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills are essential.
• Comfort with digital outreach and onboarding processes is important.
• Fluent in English with ability to train and coach others.

• Utilize digital marketing strategies (training provided) to generate and manage inbound inquiries.
• Guide new partners through onboarding, program participation and growth milestones.
