Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking a Training & Onboarding Specialist to guide marketing teams from first login to confident usage of a modern workflow automation platform. You will run onboarding programs, lead client training sessions, and create practical resources for repeatable adoption.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marketing operations or enablement, strong SQL and Python skills, and proven ability to teach and run workshops for enterprise clients using HubSpot or similar CRMs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations or enablement, preferably in SaaS or agency environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (required).
