Training Manager - Hospitality & Catering

Saz's Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead training programs across our diverse hospitality divisions. This full-time, salaried position is based at our Walkers Point office in Milwaukee, WI, with competitive compensation based on experience plus bonus opportunities. The position follows a Tuesday-Saturday schedule to align with our event calendar.

What You'll Do

As our Training Manager, you'll develop the people and programs that realize our hospitality vision. This role involves more than half of your time in the field—visiting locations, coaching teams at events, and creating meaningful learning experiences.

• Create comprehensive training programs based on adult learning principles that reflect Saz's hospitality values
• Develop engaging training materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning content
• Build train-the-trainer programs and identify internal champions
• Establish pathways for continuing education and career advancement
• Maintain on-site presence across divisions and catering events
• Provide real-time coaching and mentoring during live operations
• Assess training needs through direct observation
• Collaborate closely with the train-the-trainer team
• Partner with HR and division experts on instructional design
• Facilitate training sessions and new hire orientations
• Track training progress and evaluate program effectiveness
