A leading logistics company is seeking a Training and Development Manager to establish comprehensive training strategies and oversee a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong managerial skills, and 3-6 years of relevant experience. The role involves crafting training curricula, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the training budget while fostering a high-performance culture among staff.

The individual in this position must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

This is a managerial position requiring:
