Job summary

Lab37 Robotics in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Product Manager for Training & Learning Management Systems. You will own the LMS product and content, guiding development from discovery through launch while ensuring a safe and effective learner experience for kitchen staff, technicians, and support teams.

Collaborate with Robotics, Culinary, Fleet and Customer Support PMs, conduct user research, and define KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management.
• Experience owning an LMS, customer-education product, or similar learning technology.
• A record of shipping products for frontline or technical users and demonstrating measurable results.
• Experience leading content creation through technical writers, subject-matter experts, or other contributors.
• Strong product judgment and analytical ability. Able to influence technical and operational teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the LMS roadmap: set vision, priorities, and release plans for Lab37 training and LMS products.
• Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics across roles and workflows.
• Lead user research to translate insights into product and curriculum requirements.
• Own content creation and quality: guide writers and creators, approve materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Keep training aligned with product updates; collaborate with PMs from robotics, culinary, fleet and customer support.
• Deliver LMS end-to-end: from definition through pilot and rollout with engineering and operations.
• Measure and improve outcomes: define KPIs and use data to guide the roadmap.
