Job summary

Lab37 Robotics in Pittsburgh designs and deploys robot systems for direct-to-customer food production. This role owns the product definition, strategy, and roadmap for fleet tools that support deployed robots from commissioning through service.

You will turn field insights into clear priorities and lead the lifecycle from discovery to rollout to improve uptime and technician effectiveness. You will work cross-functionally to define features, configure deployments, and deliver measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years building B2B products for robotics or field operations.
Proven track record turning ambiguous problems into shipped products with measurable results.
Experience using telemetry and service data to guide product decisions; familiarity with fleet monitoring or predictive maintenance is a plus.
Systems thinking across connected devices, cloud software, and enterprise integrations; ERP or asset management experience is valuable.
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Own the fleet management product roadmap and prioritize features from field insights and data.
Define commissioning and configuration for robots, ensuring trusted identity and deployment history.
Create clear fleet visibility on system health, performance, and risk across sites.
Make maintenance proactive using telemetry anomalies for alerts and preventive actions.
Improve service and repair workflows from triage to verified return to service.
Define system integrations to exchange data with ERP and related systems.
Lead delivery and rollout, write clear requirements, run field pilots, and measure outcomes.
Drive cross-functional decisions and align teams, focusing on fleet availability and service performance.
