Job summary

Lab37 Robotics is seeking a Product Manager for Training & Learning Management Systems in Pittsburgh, PA. You will own the LMS platform and content, driving discovery through launch and ongoing improvements for kitchen, service, and support teams.

You will lead discovery, author PRDs, manage workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a robust learner experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management.
• Experience owning an LMS or learning tech product for frontline/technical users.
• Track record shipping products and driving measurable results.
• Experience leading content creation through writers and experts.

Responsibilities

• Own the training and LMS roadmap with vision, priorities and release plans.
• Author and maintain PRDs, user stories, learner/administrator workflows and success metrics.
• Lead user research to translate insights into product and curriculum requirements.
• Own content creation and quality; guide technical writers and creators.
• Coordinate with Robotics, Culinary, Fleet and Support PMs to align training with product updates.
• Deliver LMS end-to-end from definition through pilot and rollout.
• Define KPIs and use data/feedback to guide the roadmap.
