Job summary

Lab37 Robotics in Pittsburgh is seeking a product leader to own the fleet management tools that support our deployed robots from commissioning through service. You will translate field insights into clear priorities and requirements, guiding the product lifecycle from discovery to rollout and iteration to maximize uptime and technician effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS or related field; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years experience, 5+ years building B2B robotics products.
• Proven record turning problems into shipped products with measurable results.
• Experience using telemetry and service data to guide decisions.
• Systems thinking across devices, cloud software, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with field users

Responsibilities

• Own the fleet management product roadmap and features.
• Define commissioning and configuration for deployed robots.
• Create fleet visibility across sites and health metrics.
• Make maintenance proactive from telemetry and fault patterns.
• Improve service and repair workflows for on-site or offline work.
• Define system integrations with ERP and related systems.
• Lead delivery and rollout with clear requirements and pilots.
