Job summary

The Training Coordinator at Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness will manage training programs across the organization, scheduling sessions, securing locations, and developing materials for the programmatic portfolio.

Responsibilities include reporting, vendor negotiations, onboarding contractors, and ensuring compliance with training standards. Strong communication, planning, and bilingual abilities are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Advanced computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule training sessions and update the training calendar.
• Identify and secure monthly training locations.
• Generate reports, create/update training presentations, and improve curriculum.
• Maintain and update the subcontractor training contact list.
• Represent TCP at training meetings and record minutes.
