Job summary

The Marzetti Company Allen facility is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our training initiatives and documentation across production, QA and CIP. You will help develop and coordinate SOPs, job aids, skills matrices, and trainings to drive operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring food-manufacturing training experience, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Prior training experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, customers and vendors.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant line training for operations and TPM/MOE initiatives.
• Develop, review and coordinate training documentation including SOPs and job aids.
• Support Safety, Quality, and production goals through training interventions and audits.
• Participate in Kaizen events and support continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
