Thrive Behavioral Health, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving Kent County, is seeking a Training and Internship Manager based in Warwick, RI. The role coordinates staff training, onboarding, and the internship program to ensure regulatory compliance and professional development.

You will partner with HR and clinical leadership to deliver required onboarding, compliance, and safety training, maintain LMS, and support staff and interns across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating and delivering adult education or workforce training in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of CC BCHC standards and Rhode Island BHDDH regulations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing staff training programs.
• Administer and maintain the LMS, including course assignments, tracking, reporting, and user support.
• Serve as a certified instructor for CPR/First Aid/AED and Safety-Care trainings.
• Identify training needs and arrange additional educational opportunities.
• Assist with CEU administration for staff and licensed professionals.
• Ensure training records comply with CC BCHC standards and BHDDH regulations.
• Monitor training compliance and collaborate with supervisors for timely completion.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support leadership to evaluate training effectiveness and drive workforce development.
• Manage internship partnerships and supervise intern progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
