Thrive Behavioral Health in Warwick, RI is seeking a Training and Internship Manager to coordinate, deliver, and support employee training and professional development across the organization, and to manage the internship program with placements across departments.

The role ensures onboarding, compliance, clinical and safety trainings while maintaining adherence to CC BHC standards and RI BHDDH regulations, working with HR, clinical leadership, and program managers to cultivate a culture of

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) preferred.
• Experience coordinating and delivering adult education or workforce training.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing staff training programs.
• Administer and maintain the LMS with course assignments, completion tracking, reporting, and user support.
• Serve as a certified instructor for CPR/First Aid/AED, Safety-Care by QBS, and other trainings.
• Identify training needs and coordinate additional educational opportunities.
• Assist with CEU administration for staff and licensed professionals.
• Ensure training programs comply with CC BCHC standards and RI BHDDH regulations.
• Monitor training compliance with supervisors for timely completion.
• Develop and maintain training materials, policies, and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, engagement, and HR projects.
• Support internship progress, evaluations, and partnerships with colleges/universities.
